Based on what the cruise lines have on sale and the terminal's own calendar, as of September 2026. MSC Meraviglia sailed from here until April 2026 and has since moved to Miami.
Cunard docks Queen Mary 2 at Pier 12. It starts and ends its transatlantic crossings here, seven nights between New York and Southampton, many times a year. It also runs Caribbean round trips from New York in November and December 2026 and again late in 2027. It's Europe without a plane.
Majestic Princess sails 7-day Canada and New England round trips from New York every Saturday in October 2026. Regal Princess takes over in 2027, with 11 weekly round trips from August 21 to October 30, calling at ports like Newport, Boston, Portland, Saint John and Halifax. Princess says its New York cruises use either Brooklyn or Manhattan, so check your documents.
Valiant Lady's New York season ends in October 2026. The last New York departure on Virgin's planner is a one-way to San Juan on October 19, and it shows nothing from New York in 2027, so for now you fly to meet the ship.
Viking, Seabourn and Oceania ships show up on the terminal calendar too, usually starting or ending a longer voyage. Holland America ends the occasional repositioning trip in New York.

NYCEDC routes New Jersey drivers down the Turnpike to Exit 13, over the Goethals Bridge, across Staten Island on I-278 and over the Verrazzano Bridge, then north on the Gowanus and BQE to Exit 26, Hamilton Avenue. Cars enter the terminal at Bowne Street and Imlay Street.
As of September 2026, NYCEDC lists $45 per night in an outdoor lot with security, paid by cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No reservation is needed, though you can reserve through the official link. There are spaces for RVs and larger vehicles near the main security gate. Parking is not guaranteed, so arriving between 10 am and 2 pm helps.
NYCEDC recommends public transit. The ferry's South Brooklyn route stops at Red Hook, and the B61 bus runs from Borough Hall (2, 3, 4, 5, N and R trains) to Van Brunt Street, about four long blocks from the terminal.
Use the arrival time your cruise line gives you. NYCEDC says baggage processing starts no earlier than 9:30 am, boarding generally begins between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, and there are no luggage lockers at the terminal.
Royal Caribbean all year and Celebrity in late spring and early summer, with no bridge or tunnel from most of North Jersey. Heading north? See Canada and New England from Cape Liberty.
