A scenic-coast route where the sea days are half the point. We match you to the sailing that catches the ports and the foliage window.
Waterfront boardwalk, the Citadel, and some of the best seafood on the route. An easy walk-off port where the city meets you right at the pier.
Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mountain, and the kind of lobster roll worth planning a day around. Portland adds a walkable Old Port full of food and local shops.
Saint John's Bay of Fundy has the highest tides in the world, and the route often adds Portland, Boston, or a Quebec repositioning leg depending on the sailing.
The anchor port of most Canada and New England sailings. Tall ships in the harbour, a walkable waterfront, and seafood right off the boat.
Acadia National Park in peak foliage, framed by the coast. The reason people sail this route in late September and October instead of summer.
The Bay of Fundy's tides rise higher than anywhere in the world. Rugged coastline, the Reversing Falls, and quiet maritime towns.

Same fare as booking direct, but with an advisor who watches the fall sailings and knows which week the color actually peaks. Book early, the good dates go first.
Plan my fall sailing →Yes. Royal Caribbean runs round-trip Canada and New England sailings from Cape Liberty in Bayonne, New Jersey, so tri-state travelers can drive, park at the terminal, and step aboard with no flights. Itineraries and ships vary by season, so reach out and we'll match you to the current sailings.
Late September through October is the sweet spot for fall foliage, and it's the most popular window for this route. Late-summer sailings (August into early September) are milder and a little less crowded but with less color. The best foliage dates book early, so we recommend planning ahead.
The most common ports are Halifax and Saint John in Canada, and Bar Harbor, Portland, and Boston in New England, with some sailings adding Quebec on longer repositioning legs. Exact ports depend on the specific voyage and length.
Most run 7 to 12 nights. Shorter sailings focus on the core Halifax and Bar Harbor ports, while longer ones add stops in Canada and New England or continue up to Quebec. We can match the length to how much time you have.
This is one of the few routes where we often steer people toward a balcony. So much of the experience is the coastline, the foliage, and slow scenic sailing days, so having your own outdoor space is worth more here than on a sun-and-pool Caribbean sailing. We'll walk through the trade-off for your budget.
Tell us your fall window and who's coming. We'll match the sailing, the cabin, and the foliage dates. Text, call, or WhatsApp a human.
